Accessibility Feedback Form

The Courts Administration (CAS) has developed an Accessibility Plan, as per the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible Canada Regulations requirements. As we are committed to identifying, eliminating and preventing barriers to accessibility, we invite you to share your feedback on the following:

  • Any accessibility barriers you have encountered at CAS;
  • Any suggestions you have for eliminating accessibility barriers; and
  • Any comments on CAS’s Accessibility Plan and its implentation.

This feedback mechanism is anonymous and you will not receive any acknowledgment of reception of your feedback. Please make sure you read the Privacy Notice below.

Privacy notice

The Courts Administration Service (CAS) provides administrative services to the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada (the “federal courts”), including court facilities, libraries, corporate services and staffing. The Accessible Canada Act and its regulations require that CAS establishes a feedback process procedure which allows the public to provide feedback on CAS Accessibility Plan and on barriers to accessibility encountered at CAS. Your participation is voluntary and we ask that you do not provide personal or protected information in the comments field. The feedback you provide is collected by CAS pursuant to the Courts Administration Service Act, the Accessible Canada Act and Accessible Canada Regulations. Provided information will be held in the Courts Administration Service’s records for 7 years. Your anonymized feedback may be used to improve accessibility at CAS and the public service, and may be published in plans and reports. By providing any information, including feedback, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this notice.
