Federal Court of Appeal (FCA)

The FCA is a national, bilingual, bijural, superior court of record, which has jurisdiction to hear appeals of judgments and orders, whether final or interlocutory, of the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada. It may also review decisions of certain federal tribunals pursuant to section 28 of the Federal Courts Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. F-7 and hear appeals under other acts of Parliament.
